Podcast website affiliate terms

Hey bud, thank you for your interest in becoming an affiliate for our podcast website package. We’re looking to partner with people and organisations in the podcast industry to promote our podcast website package. As a (very!) small business, we have limited capacity for web design projects, and so will only be working with a handful of affiliates.

Here is a preview of our affiliate terms.

1. Available exclusively for podcast brands and podcast-focused websites
2. Affiliates must be approved by Studio Cotton in advance of any referral or booking
3. Client will be asked to provide the details of their referrer affiliate
4. Affiliate must be confirmed by client before project contract is signed
5. Kickback will 5% of total website project (after any discounts) excluding VAT up to £500, and covers the following packages:
   1. Website package
   2. Podcast package
   3. Ecommerce package
   4. Blogger booster
   5. Portfolio booster
   6. Custom database
6. It excludes any additional works booked outside or in addition to the website project
7. Will be paid within 28 days of client paying final invoice (affiliate must provide invoice for agreed amount) or website going live, whichever comes last
8. Affiliate promotion valid until 31 December 2024
9. Project start date must be before 20th November 2025
10. Studio Cotton retains the right to refuse projects for any reason
11. The affiliate will not be compensated for unconfirmed or cancelled projects
